Transition Schedule (PDF / CSV)
Download the aggregate FRS 102 transition schedule across all transitioned leases as a single auditor-ready PDF, or as CSV for your ERP or spreadsheet model.
What It Contains
One row per transitioned lease showing contract reference, lessor, asset class, end date, opening lease liability, opening right-of-use asset, and retained earnings adjustment. A totals row at the bottom sums liability, ROU, and retained earnings adjustment across the whole portfolio. The PDF carries the Lease102 logo and the same signoff block as the per-lease memo.
PDF vs CSV
The PDF is sized for the audit file: A4, totals on a single page where possible, designed to print cleanly. The CSV carries the same columns plus per-lease Year 1 interest and Year 1 depreciation, suitable for importing into Xero, Sage, Dynamics 365 BC, or any spreadsheet. Both are filtered to leases in the Transitioned status.
Downloading The Schedule
At the top of the Transition screen, next to Refresh, are Schedule PDF and Schedule CSV buttons. They appear as soon as at least one lease has reached the Transitioned status. Both downloads are in-flight aware and disabled briefly while the file streams.
