Data Export
Choose Settings from the user menu (top right) and use Export My Data on the My Account page. The export includes your profile, your organisation's leases, your activity history and your AI assistant conversations, each of which you can leave out.
AI processing and other customers
Two features send data to Anthropic, our AI processor: document extraction, only after you record consent, and the AI assistant (your messages, any screenshot you attach, and on eligible plans figures computed from your own lease register). Anthropic processes this data under its Commercial Terms, does not use customer content to train its models, and retains it only for the limited period needed to provide the service. No customer can see another customer's data, documents or conversations. The assistant has no access to any organisation other than your own: it cannot name Lease102 customers, compare you with them, or report their figures.
