New Lease102 accounts get a guided start so you can see a full FRS 102 calculation before entering any of your own data.
First-Login Welcome
FRS 102 defaults are applied to your account automatically, based on your country. You do not choose them during registration. The first time you sign in, a short welcome screen only previews them (discount rate basis (OBR), day-count convention, compounding, fiscal year end, and country). You can change any of them later in Settings.
Nothing is locked in
Sample Lease
A ready-made sample lease is available so you can explore a fully worked example: amortisation schedule, journal entries, and FRS 102 disclosures, all populated. Use it to learn the workflow, then delete it whenever you like. It is excluded from billing and from your active lease count.
Three Ways to Add Your First Lease
Until you have leases, the dashboard shows three options directly. There is no intermediate "Add Lease" menu, and Excel is handled within the first option, not as a separate one.
