Welcome Screen & Sample Lease
New Lease102 accounts get a guided start so you can see a full FRS 102 calculation before entering any of your own data.
First-Login Welcome
The first time you sign in, a short welcome screen previews the FRS 102 defaults applied to your account, including the discount rate basis (OBR), day-count convention, compounding, fiscal year end, and country. You can keep the defaults or change any of them later in Settings.
Nothing is locked in
Sample Lease
A ready-made sample lease is available so you can explore a fully worked example: amortisation schedule, journal entries, and FRS 102 disclosures, all populated. Use it to learn the workflow, then delete it whenever you like. It is excluded from billing and from your active lease count.

Until you have leases, the dashboard offers three clear next steps: upload a lease PDF for AI extraction, add a lease manually, or import a spreadsheet. Pick whichever matches how your lease data is held today.
