Reliability & Disaster Recovery
Lease102 runs on managed, resilient cloud infrastructure with continuous backups, so your lease data is protected and recoverable.
Backups
Your data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) with automated backups and continuous point-in-time recovery. That means the data can be restored to a recent moment, not just the last nightly backup. Instant database snapshots and on-demand exports are also available.
Service resilience
The backend and frontend are hosted on resilient platforms (Railway and Vercel) that support one-click redeploy or promotion of a prior known-good release, so service can be restored quickly after an incident.
Recovery objectives
Our proposed targets are a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of about 15 minutes and a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of about 4 hours, aligned with the 99.9% uptime target on the Enterprise tier. A formal Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery statement, including the agreed objectives, is available for auditors or procurement on request.
Data integrity
Lease data is never hard-deleted (soft delete only), is retained for 7 years, and every change is captured in an immutable audit trail, so changes can be traced and reconstructed.
