Lease102 is built by a small company. If you are going to trust us with numbers that end up in your audit file, you deserve plain answers to three questions: who are you, what happens to my data if I leave, and what happens if you disappear?
The company traded as SAP Enterprise Solutions Ltd, the founder's enterprise finance consultancy, from 2016 until 2025, when it was renamed Argonavis AI and Lease102 became its focus. The name is newer than the company; the discipline behind it is not.
Lease102 is built and supported by Denis, Alex, Alexis and Richard: more than 100 years' combined experience in enterprise finance systems, with lease management implementations at Accenture and IBM for clients from FTSE 100 groups to growing UK businesses, management consultancy at Challenger, Gartner and Frost & Sullivan, and full-stack infrastructure expertise and senior solutions architecture. The platform is actively developed. Every release is dated and published on our news page, so you can see what we ship and how often.

commercial API terms that contractually prohibit training on customer data, with limited retention
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, and every customer's records are isolated at database level with row-level security. Backups are continuous, with point-in-time restore.
Our continuity commitment
If we ever withdrew the service, every customer would receive a minimum of 90 days' notice and free export assistance. Your lease data is yours; the continuity of your accounting records does not depend on our fortunes.
Due diligence is welcome. We can provide a signed data processing agreement, our sub-processor list, and support with your DPIA or security questionnaire. Annual invoicing or contractual exit clauses are available by conversation with the founder.
