Lease102 retains all data for 7 years to comply with Companies Act 2006.

Retention Policy

All subscription tiers retain audit trail and lease data for 7 years, in compliance with Companies Act 2006 requirements. There is no tier-based variation in data retention — every customer receives the same 7-year retention period. After 7 years, records are permanently deleted in accordance with data minimisation principles under UK GDPR.
