Practice Plans and Billing for Accountancy Firms
Practice plans are fixed-price plans sized by the active leases across all your clients, with capacity blocks between plans. You subscribe and change plan yourself from Organisation > Billing.
How Leases Are Counted
Active and draft leases count, across every client portfolio combined. Leases that have concluded or been formally terminated do not count, nor do soft-deleted leases, leases with a deletion request filed, or the sample lease. This is the same definition every plan uses.
Choosing the Cheapest Route
Between plans, capacity blocks of 5 extra active leases cost £8.65 a month (£86.50 a year), so you are not forced to move up a whole plan. All figures exclude VAT.

Subscribing and Changing Plan
Choose a plan in Organisation > Billing and pay by card through Stripe, monthly or annually. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Practice Enterprise is arranged with our team.
Billing Currency
Practice plans bill in GBP, EUR or USD. Your currency is set at signup (carried from the currency you picked on the pricing page) and can be changed in Organisation settings before you subscribe. Monthly prices: Practice Growth £65 / €87 / $105; Practice Pro £145 / €189 / $219; Practice Portfolio £393 / €513 / $592; capacity block £8.65 / €11.35 / $12.65. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
