Currency Filtering
For multi-currency portfolios, journal exports respect the selected Currency tab. Only entries for leases matching the selected currency are included in the export file.
Identifier columns: Portfolio, Cost Centre, GL Account, Currency
Every journal line now carries extra columns to make it directly postable: Portfolio (the portfolio the lease belongs to), Cost Centre and Cost Centre GL (the cost centre effective on that line's date, which can change over a lease's life, plus its GL/dimension tag), GL Account (the posting nominal for that line, taken from your ERP GL account mappings), and Currency (the line's currency, so a mixed-currency export stays unambiguous). The existing Account column keeps the readable name (for example, Interest Expense - Leases). GL Account is the accounting-correct posting code, so the debit and credit legs of an entry can hit different nominals; the Cost Centre GL is an analysis tag, not a posting account. Columns are blank where a lease has no portfolio, no cost centre on that date, or no GL mapping configured.
Export by Portfolio
Use the Portfolio selector to export a single portfolio. Because portfolios can hold different currencies, a by-portfolio export produces one file in that portfolio's own currency, with the Debit and Credit headers showing the correct currency symbol. Leave it on All portfolios to export everything using the selected Currency tab.
