Two-Step Verification (MFA)
Two-step verification (also called MFA) adds an emailed one-time code after your password at sign-in. It is optional and off by default.
How it works
When enabled, signing in asks for your password and then a 6-digit code we email you. The code expires after a few minutes and can be used once.
Turn it on
Go to My Account > Two-step verification > Enable. We email you a code; enter it to confirm, and two-step verification is on for your next sign-in. You can turn it off again from the same place.
If you lose access to your email
Ask a Lease102 administrator at your organisation (or our support team) to turn off two-step verification for your account. They can reset it so you can sign in with your password and set it up again.
Cost
Two-step verification is included on every plan at no extra cost and needs no app or phone number, just access to your email.
