Extra Lease Capacity Add-On
If you need a few more leases than your plan includes, you do not have to jump a whole tier. The Starter, Growth, and Professional plans support an optional extra-lease capacity add-on.
How It Works
Capacity is sold in blocks. Each block adds 5 extra active leases on top of your plan's included limit. Your effective limit is your plan limit plus 5 for every block you own. The add-on raises the lease limit only; your monthly AI document extraction allowance stays at your plan level.

Worked Example
You are on Growth, which includes 25 active leases, but you now have 26. Instead of upgrading to Professional at £99/month, add one capacity block: your limit becomes 30 leases and you pay £59/month total (£49 base + £10 block).

Adding or Removing Capacity
Go to Settings > Billing > Lease Capacity. An Owner or Accountant can add or remove blocks at any time. Changes are prorated by Stripe, so you only pay for the part of the billing period you actually use. Removing blocks lowers your limit immediately at the next change.
When a higher tier is cheaper
Availability
The capacity add-on applies to the Starter, Growth, and Professional plans. Enterprise is already unlimited, and the Practice tier for accountancy firms bills per active lease instead, so the add-on does not apply to those.
