Per-Active-Lease Billing
Practice tier billing is metered: you pay for the client leases your firm is actively managing, billed monthly with no contract.
How the Count Is Measured
Once a day Lease102 snapshots how many leases each firm has active. That count drives the monthly invoice. Every lease that has been activated counts toward the billable total, and keeps counting even if you later deactivate it, until it is deleted. Never-activated drafts, soft-deleted leases, and the sample lease are not counted.
Adding a Payment Method
Lease102 asks you to add a card via Stripe when you have more than one active client lease, or 30 days after your first lease was activated. No charge is taken during card setup, and the prompt stops once a card is on file.

Move from Practice Free to Practice Pro at any time from Settings > Billing for a lower per-active-lease rate above the included allowance and unlimited client portfolios. Practice Enterprise is arranged with our team.
Billing Currency
Practice plans bill in GBP, EUR or USD. Your currency is set at signup (carried from the currency you picked on the pricing page) and can be changed in Organisation settings before you subscribe. Per active lease: Practice Free is £12 / €15 / $16; Practice Pro is £79 / €99 / $109 per month plus £9 / €11 / $12 per active lease above the first 10.
