Per-Active-Lease Billing
Practice tier billing is metered: you pay for the client leases your firm is actively managing, billed monthly with no contract.
How the Count Is Measured
Once a day Lease102 snapshots how many leases each firm has active. That count drives the monthly invoice. Leases that are inactive, draft, or deleted, and the sample lease, are not counted.
First Lease Free for 30 Days
On Practice Free your first activated client lease is free for its first 30 days, so you can onboard a client and review a full FRS 102 calculation before any charge applies.
Adding a Payment Method
When metered billing is about to apply (more than one active client lease, or the 30-day window on your first lease has closed) Lease102 asks you to add a card via Stripe. No charge is taken during card setup, and the prompt stops once a card is on file.
