See where every discount rate came from
Each lease now shows how its discount rate was worked out: the published rate or curve it was built from, the date, and the credit spread added. It also shows whether the rate was suggested by Lease102, taken from your records or a portfolio, or entered by hand. The register download includes this, and the transition memo names the rate's source.
For rates priced on the curve, Show the working lists every payment with its rate and present value. Your auditor can download it and check the rate against the Bank of England's or the ECB's own data. Calculators > Curve on a Date shows the curve for any day since January 2016.
You can also record a bank quote next to a rate as evidence. Lease102 shows the credit spread the quote implies, and you can use that spread for new suggestions.
