You can see when Lease102 support touched your data

On the rare occasion Lease102 staff change something in your organisation at your request, that change is now clearly labelled "Lease102 support" in your audit trail, and the CSV and Excel audit exports carry a matching Actor Type column. The label applies to past events as well as future ones, so the history is complete.

Behind the scenes, platform accounts are now read-only by default: any change to customer data requires a deliberate, time-limited support session with a recorded reason, protected by mandatory two-step verification. Our Trust page describes the policy in full.
