Find a lease by its address

Property leases often carry no unique contract number, and the address on the document is the only thing identifying the property. The lease list showed the reference and the landlord, and searching matched only those two.

The list now shows Location and Portfolio beside the lease reference, so a record can be identified by where it is and which group it sits in without opening it. A long address is shortened on screen, with the full text on hover. The search box now matches the asset location as well, so you can search by street name or postcode.

If the address is the only unique reference your documents carry, record it in Asset Location rather than in the lease reference. Asset Location holds far more text, can be edited at any time, and is now both visible and searchable; the lease reference is limited to 50 characters and is fixed once a lease is activated.
