The last day of the month now means the last day

Some leases pay rent monthly in arrears on the last day of each calendar month. Setting the rent payment day to 31 now means exactly that: payments fall on 31 October, 30 November, 30 April, and on 28 or 29 February depending on the year, with each payment covering the calendar month it is paid in.

Previously the day was fixed from the first payment onwards, so after the first short month the dates could drift to the 30th, and the broken first month was counted to the day before the payment rather than through it.

This applies to monthly leases paid in arrears. Existing leases keep the schedule they were built with; edit and re-save a lease to rebuild it on the new dating.
