One lease's full history, in one click

The Audit Trail already recorded who changed what and when, with a field-by-field before-and-after comparison for every edit. Finding one lease's history among everything else, though, meant scrolling.

There is now a Lease filter: click it for an alphabetical list, or start typing a contract reference or landlord name and the list narrows as you type. Pick a lease and the trail shows only its events, from creation onwards, and the CSV and Excel exports respect the selection. Every lease page also has a History button, next to Edit, that opens the trail already filtered to that lease.

This is useful wherever one team enters leases and another reviews them: the reviewing team can see at a glance whether anything moved after approval, and by whom.
