Keep one portfolio out of your postings

A portfolio can now be marked "Export only", which leaves its leases out of every live posting to your accounting system whilst still including them in the CSV and Excel journal exports.

This is for a specific and awkward situation. Lease102 connects to one accounting organisation at a time, but some businesses run their leases across two. The nominal codes for both then sit against the one connection, and until now nothing distinguished them: a posting covering every portfolio could send the second organisation's codes into the connected one.

Mark the portfolio for the other organisation as export only and it is left out of every posting. The posting window names it, so the leases left out are visibly left out rather than quietly missing from the count. Produce its journal with the CSV or Excel export instead, scoped to that portfolio.

Nothing changes unless you tick the box.
