Their charges and yours, now told apart on import
Prompted by vehicle contract hire agreements, which read very differently from property leases.
The panel listing every recurring payment a document defines now splits amounts payable to the lessor from your own costs paid to others. Only amounts payable to the lessor can raise the warning about a fixed payment missing from your schedule, because a garage bill was never going to belong there. Charges that arise only if something happens, such as an administration fee for a parking penalty, are marked as such rather than listed as though they recur every month.
Lease102 now also tells you when part of a document appears to be missing: terms that begin at clause 4, a cross-reference to a clause that is not there, or a charge said to be set out in a section that never appears. It does not stop the import, and every field the pages you did upload contain is still read.
