Sub-leases and licences you grant

You can now keep a sub-lease or a licence you grant as the landlord on the Lease102 register, so your whole property estate sits in one place. Set the Classification when adding one manually, or use "Record as" on the import review screen. The record captures the occupier, the term and the payment schedule, and shows the payments as receivable for reference.

These are register-only records, held for information. Lease102 accounts for the leases you hold as a tenant; it does not perform lessor or sub-lease accounting, so a register-only record produces no right-of-use asset, no liability and no schedule, and is excluded from dashboard totals, reports, disclosure packs, journals and exports. The income recognition on a sub-lease you grant stays in your accounting system.

They do count towards your plan's capacity, and importing one uses an AI extraction like any other document.
