Close the month without wondering what you missed

Close Checks, under Reports, works out every journal a period expects and reconciles it against what you have actually posted, whether that went through a live connection or an export you posted by hand. Each lease reads Posted, Partially posted, Pending, Not posted or Failed, so a journal you forgot is caught on close day rather than by your auditor. The same run flags leases missing key data and leases whose terms changed since your last report.

It works with no accounting system connected at all. Tick "This is my final posting" on the journal export, or mark a lease or a whole period as posted directly from the report.

The in-app assistant can now also answer from your own live portfolio: your total lease liability and what it does to gearing, the maturity analysis as at today, which leases changed since your last report, or the effect of a lease you are only considering. Every figure carries its as-of date. The assistant reads and drafts only: it never posts, and never changes your data.
